Next working day delivery is available on all items that are in stock, if ordered before 1:00pm. All orders placed before 1:00pm on a Friday will be despatched on a Monday unless Saturday delivery option is selected. Next working day delivery is only available to UK Mainland addresses (Not Including Scottish Highlands).

If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us direct and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund if any of you items are out of stock at time of purchase.

Goods must be signed for upon delivery (when applicable) and any damages/shortages reported to us immediately upon receipt of your order.

Rainforest Reptile Supplies offers a free delivery service within UK mainland subject to the conditions below:
a. Orders up to £119.99 (excluding V.A.T) are subject to a minimum delivery charge of £5.95 (excluding V.A.T). Orders over £120.00 are delivered free if the 3-5 day delivery service is selected (although a few items are exempt from this, and a note at the bottom of the item page will indicate which ones).
b. The following UK postcodes AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-50 and ZE will incurr an extra delivery charge.
c. The Isle of Man (IM), Northern Island (BT), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Channel Islands (Guernsey,Alderney & Sark) (GY1-10), Jersey (JE1-5) and Isle of Whight (P030-41) are all subject to additional delivery charges.
Please contact us for additional delivery charges if you postcode is none of the above or country outside of the UK.

Rainforest Reptile Supplies denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty products, delay in despatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.

Courier companies will attempt to deliver your parcel/s on two occasions only (and a card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If after the 2nd failed delivery attempt, the parcel/s will be returned to the delivery depot for collection by yourself.
Returns Policy

The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We recommend returning the products by recorded delivery using Parcel Force.

Rainforest Reptile Supplies does not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, lost in transit, unless proof of postage to us is supplied.

On the safe return of your products , Rainforest Reptile Supplies will refund all sums paid by you less cost of return postage. If a product is damaged or faulty then on the return of your products, Rainforest Reptile Supplies will refund all sums paid by you plus cost of return postage. Return of goods after 30 days is at our own discretion, please contact for details.

Products that carry a manufacturers guarantee can be returned, if faulty, to us for exchange/refund during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return and if it is found that the product is faulty and has NOT been tampered with in any way to invalidate the manufacturers guarantee, a replacement or full refund will be offered.

Products that are special order, perishable i.e. magazines, live food, frozen food, videos, books etc. cannot be returned for refund unless faulty/damaged.

Goods are not allowed to be tried or tested.

Advertised Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Until dispatch of goods by the seller of goods to the buyer or the buyer's acceptance in writing of any quotation of the seller (whichever shall first occur) no contract for the sale of goods shall arise.
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
The prices listed on this ecommerce site are exclusive to the online shop and will not be matched in store.

For the Price Match to apply the following conditions MUST be met:

The product must be in stock, brand new and boxed, not on sale, clearance, damaged, shop soiled or an auction formatted offer. Items sold on eBay & some online pet superstores will not be price matched (provided on request).

The product price must include any surcharges ie. postage and packaging, VAT etc..

A link to the competitors product page must be provided.

We cannot offer finance, buy now pay later or interest free credit on price matched items.

We must be able to verify our competitors price.

You must have requested the Price Match and have your request accepted and confirmed by us via email, before placing your order on the telephone.
